- As a member of the Excellence in Training community you have access to the content 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Pick and choose the interviews and webinars that are most applicable to you based on the current challenges you are facing.
- New content is added every Tuesday morning.
Discuss The Content With Your Fellow Trainers
- A Training Unit Membership allow you to share the User Name and Password with all the trainers in your agency.
- This includes academy trainers, in-service trainers and your Field training officers.
- Some of the members of the EIT Academy use select interviews and webinars to onboard new trainers.
- Others have weekly meetings to discuss the content of interviews or webinars and the ways they can implement that information.

- You can pull out the nuggets and actionable items that can be immediately implemented to enhance your training.
- Working through the vast knowledge provided in the interviews will make you a more knowledgeable and confident trainer better able to serve your agency and the heroic men and women you have the privilege to train.
